Jesse Yodice

Jesse is a loan origination specialist who partners with owners and property investors of multifamily and healthcare properties nationwide. Jesse joined Greystone in early 2020 where he originates loans across a variety of platforms, including HUD/FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS, and bridge financing. Prior to Greystone, Jesse ran acquisitions for an owner/operator based in New York City. This prior experience on the buy side provides Jesse with a unique perspective, enabling him to look at projects from an owner/operator and lender standpoint that helps his clients create the most advantageous debt structures. With a dedicated focus to serving his clients, Jesse works to develop creative financing solutions that achieve their business goals.
