Mike Callahan

Prior to Greystone, Mr. Callahan served as the Chief Operating Officer for Delta Capital Partners, where he focused on establishing best practices for the company’s operations and investment process, and managed investor relations.

Prior to Delta, Mr. Callahan spent 28 years with Boston Capital serving as the Director of Asset Management and was a member of the Investment and Disposition Committees. He was responsible for a team of over sixty professionals monitoring and reporting on the performance of Boston Capital’s affordable housing portfolio, including both lower tier asset management and upper tier investor relations. Mr. Callahan designed and implemented strategic objectives for the department, created department policies and procedures, established criteria for monitoring portfolio performance, and facilitated regular portfolio meetings with investors.
