Miryam Reinitz-Kops

As Vice President of Greystone Capital Advisors (GCA) Miryam offers innovative debt and equity solutions for institutional and private commercial property owners and developers. Her focus is on large loan mortgage origination across Greystone’s Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, Bridge, balance-sheet, and special situation lending platforms.

Prior to joining Greystone as a full-time employee in June 2022, Miryam consulted for Greystone for two years while serving as Executive Director of a Ukrainian nonprofit. During that time, she originated close to $400M in construction and bridge financing.

Miryam approaches her clients’ needs with warmth, humor and the tenacity required to get their deals closed.
