Pamela LeVault

Pamela is a Senior Vice President at Greystone and oversees the firm’s West Coast Agency Loan Production. She is based in Los Angeles, CA.

Prior to joining Greystone, Pamela was a Chief Underwriter at Newmark Knight Frank, where she oversaw credit and underwriting as part of Berkeley Point Capital (prior to its 2018 integration with NKF). Ms. LeVault  has worked in underwriting for over 17 years, supporting the success of large Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions. She has been involved in many credit facility transactions and large pool transactions.

Pamela holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas, Arlington and an MBA in International Business from California State University, Dominquez Hills.
