Sampada D'silva is Chief Credit Officer at Greystone. She plays a crucial role in expanding Greystone’s industry-leading healthcare debt offerings, particularly in skilled nursing and assisted living assets.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and senior housing investment and lending, Ms. D’silva brings extensive expertise to her role. Prior to Greystone, she was a Senior Managing Director at Cambridge Realty Capital Companies, where she specialized in structuring and closing loans for healthcare and senior housing, utilizing a range of financing solutions, including HUD-insured and conventional bank mortgages. She also has significant experience in evaluating and closing acquisition, sale, and leaseback opportunities in the healthcare sector.

Ms. D’silva holds an MMS in Finance from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
