Greystone announced that it recently brokered a $35.2 million acquisition financing deal for the 1720 at Harvey apartment complex in College Station, Texas, located near Texas A&M University. The transaction, arranged through Greystone’s team led by Eric Rosenstock, Thomas Wayda, and Dante DiStefano, secured a nonrecourse, interest-only bridge loan from Benefit Street Partners. The financing includes a two-year term with a 12-month extension, supporting the acquisition of the 288-unit property featuring various amenities such as a fitness center, yoga studio, swimming pool, and pet spa.
