Greystone analyzed more than 100 properties to provide HUD with data and perspective on how supplemental Medicaid funding is reflected in loan-sizing determinations. That analysis helped inform an updated approach that has enabled some skilled nursing facilities in the two states to achieve 15% to 20% higher loan proceeds.
