Commercial Observer: Greystone Capital Advisors Secures $250 Million Bridge Loan for Mixed Income Development in Brooklyn

Greystone Capital Advisors, led by Drew Fletcher, Paul Fried, and Bryan Grover, arranged $250 million in bridge financing for AtlanticBK, a newly delivered 456-unit mixed income rental development in Brooklyn. The team served as exclusive advisor to Douglaston Development, with Ailanthus, Totem’s housing development affiliate, and BEB Capital as co-developers on the project.

The Wells Fargo-originated financing replaces the original construction loan and will support lease up and stabilization of the 17-story, transit-oriented building, which combines market rate and affordable residences with ground floor retail and a comprehensive suite of amenities.
