    As CEO, Steve is responsible for the coordination and management of corporate matters. He founded Greystone in 1988 as an independent investment banking firm and has since developed it into a mature investment firm with a national reputation.

    Steve leads Greystone as it successfully distinguishes itself in its creative approach and drive to provide solutions for its clients.

    Prior to joining Greystone, Steve was a National Director with Dean Witter Reynolds.

    Steve holds a D.M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School.

    Curt joined Greystone in 1993. He co-manages business operations and new business development for the various Greystone companies. He is responsible for strategic planning and management of lending and general banking relationships; maintenance of quality control in accounting practices; corporate compliance; portfolio and risk management; and human resources, benefits, and insurance.

    Prior to joining Greystone, he was with the CPA firm of HLB Gross Collins in Atlanta specializing in real estate, corporate finance, and mortgage banking.

    He holds a B.B.A. from Georgia State University where he also attended the Masters of Taxation program.

    Bob has been a key executive since the firm’s inception. He has overseen strategy in most of Greystone’s business lines and supervised the firm’s nationwide housing business on both the debt and equity sides. He frequently guides some of the firm’s more innovative transactions. Today, his activities focus predominantly on the firm’s multifamily property acquisition and management efforts as well as its affordable housing preservation activities.

    Prior to joining Greystone in 1989, Bob was a tax-exempt finance attorney with Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll. He has a B.A. from Dickinson College and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.

    Jeff is responsible for the firm’s project finance efforts, fostering banking relationships, managing loan syndication, and capital market activities. Prior to joining Greystone, Jeff served as Head of Capital Markets at Gramercy Capital Corp. where he was responsible for arranging corporate and project debt and leading secondary loan trading activities. Over his career, he has advised on and completed mortgage-based credit facilities, mezzanine finance, off-balance sheet acquisition and asset development programs, and both public and private debt and equity capital placements.

    Jeff received an M.B.A. in finance and real estate from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

    Doug leads Greystone’s real estate acquisition and new development strategies. Before his current role, Doug oversaw the development, construction, sale, and leasing of Greystone’s real estate development portfolio.

    Doug has worked for more than 40 years in real estate development, construction, marketing, and management in the U.S. and the Middle East.

    He spent 12 years as a senior executive at Starrett Housing Corporation/HRH. Some notable projects Doug has been involved with include Citicorp World Headquarters, Trump Tower, Trump Plaza, and the Javits Convention Center.

    Bruce is the Chief Financial Officer of Greystone. Bruce has more than twenty-nine years of experience in public accounting including: supervised auditing, accounting principles, tax compliance, and planning; consulting and business valuation engagements. His clientele included companies, large and small, public and private; in the fields of construction, real estate, retailing, high technology, manufacturing, wholesaling, professional services, and finance.

    Prior to joining Greystone, Bruce was a partner and the head of the merger and acquisition department of HLB Gross Collins, and was involved with the Greystone family of companies for more than 10 years, having worked on various audits, compilations, reviews, and special projects.

    Bruce is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the North Carolina Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

    Sharon leads Greystone’s servicing and asset management division and oversees Investor Reporting; Custodial Accounting; Loan Administration; Securities and Documentation; and Customer Care. She previously served as CFO of the company’s servicing and lending platforms. Greystone’s $60 billion portfolio of loans is serviced for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, USDA, and other investors, and has maintained the highest rating from S&P Global Ratings (Strong) for several years.

    Prior to joining Greystone in 2005, Sharon was an Executive Vice President at Wells Fargo where she was the Director of Agency Servicing. She has also held senior roles at AMI Capital Inc., Prudential Multifamily Mortgage, and Capri Capital (formerly Washington Capital).

    Sharon earned a Bachelor’s degree from George Washington University.

    Scott Chisholm joined Greystone in 2019 as Head of Commercial and Business Development for its lending platform, expanding the firm’s capital solutions reach within the industrial, office, retail, and hospitality sectors, as well as multifamily. 

    Previously, Scott served as a Senior Managing Director at Ackman Ziff, where he specialized in commercial real estate debt and equity. Before joining Ackman-Ziff, Scott built and managed commercial mortgage businesses at leading financial institutions including Redwood Trust, Prudential, and J.P. Morgan (Chase).  

    Scott has served on the Board of Governors of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREF-C) and the Urban Development Mixed Use Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

    Scott holds a B.A. from Trinity College and an M.S. in real estate development from Columbia University.

    Drew Fletcher is head of Greystone Capital Advisors (GCA) where he oversees a team of professionals responsible for arranging creative debt and equity solutions for institutional and private commercial property owners and developers, and provides strategic advisory services for institutions, investors, and borrowers. GCA also focuses on large loan mortgage origination across Greystone’s Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, Bridge, balance-sheet, and special situation lending platforms. 

    Drew has 20 years of commercial real estate experience, having directly originated and executed on more than $10 billion of financing transactions. Prior to joining Greystone in 2013, Drew was the Chief Financial Officer of Edison Properties LLC, one of the largest private real estate owners in New York City, with a $5 billion diversified portfolio of self-storage, office, multifamily, and substantial land holdings throughout the NY Metro Region. 

    Drew received a B.A. in Economics and Communications from Wake Forest University; an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University; and a Master of Accountancy in Taxation from Rutgers University. He volunteers his time as a guest lecturer at the NYU Real Estate Institute and also is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Urban Land Institute. Drew also was named to the Commercial Observer’s 50 Most Powerful People in Commercial Real Estate Finance in 2018.

    Mark Green joined Greystone in 2020 and has nearly 20 years of real estate investing experience across public and private markets, spanning several business cycles.  

    Mark is a versatile investor with experience identifying and capitalizing on dislocations in various industries, and has originated, structured, traded, and risk-managed a wide range of products including preferred and direct equity, performing commercial mortgage loans, credit facilities, mezzanine debt, structured products (CMBS, CLOs), high-yield bonds, stressed and distressed debt, REIT and real estate related equity, and debt securities. 

    Prior to joining Greystone, Mark was a co-founder, managing partner and chief investment officer of Chatham Road Capital. 

    Mark holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. degree from Skidmore College.

    Art has been with Greystone since 1998. He is responsible for securing financing for Greystone’s various business activities and is a key member of Greystone’s credit committees.

    Art also works closely with Greystone Health Care Management in acquisitions, financing, and operations oversight. He has worked in the public and private sectors in the areas of healthcare, multifamily, affordable housing, and tax-exempt real estate finance since 1979. Prior to joining Greystone, he was a senior vice president with Related Capital Company. Earlier in his career, he was Deputy Director for the Jersey City, NJ Department of Housing and Economic Development.

    Art earned a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.C.R.P from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

    Chip is the Co-CEO of Greystone’s Agency lending platforms. He is responsible for business development with certain key investment banks, borrowers, commercial banks, and mortgage bankers. Chip has been in a leadership role at Greystone for over 14 years, and has over 20 years of total commercial real estate finance experience. Previously, he served as Chief Underwriter of Greystone’s Agency lending platform.

    Prior to joining Greystone, Mr. Hudson helped Nationwide Life build its capital markets lending platform.

    He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College.

    Mark has overall responsibility for Greystone’s non-Agency lending activities, including its CMBS business and its bridge and mezzanine lending efforts. Mark has been working in commercial real estate and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) since 1983, and has a broad base of expertise in securitization, origination, underwriting, marketing, and asset management.

    Immediately prior to joining Greystone, Mark served as President and COO of the publicly-traded mortgage REIT CRIIMI MAE Inc. (NYSE: CMM), which invested in subordinate commercial mortgage-backed securities. While there, he successfully managed a going-private merger transaction, which included serving as acting CEO during the 12-month merger process. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions in the CMBS groups at Merrill Lynch, Daiwa Securities, and Greenwich Capital, among other firms, from 1986-2002.

    Mark earned a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia College, Columbia University. He also holds a Master of Public Affairs degree from the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

    Nikhil Kanodia is the Head of Greystone’s FHA lending group. He focuses on managing client relationships with various real estate owners, originating new loans, and identifying opportunities for new initiatives in the marketplace.

    Prior to joining Greystone, Nikhil was a Vice President with Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure Investment Banking Group, where he spent 10 years covering clients and executing capital market and M&A transactions totaling over $40 billion.

    Nikhil earned a Master’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, and an undergraduate degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai.

    Jim oversees the special situations lending group, which provides creative, custom balance-sheet finance solutions for clients. He maintains relationships with banks and investors to fund this platform.

    Jim is also responsible for financing Greystone’s healthcare properties and he supports a non-profit by arranging the debt to acquire affordable housing properties. Prior to joining Greystone in 2006, Jim was a Vice President at Wachovia Capital Finance.

    He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Long Island University.

    Ken is the Chief Investment Officer of America First Multifamily Investors LP (ATAX) and an employee of Greystone. Previously, Mr. Rogozinski was an Executive Managing Director of Greystone Capital Advisors LLC, overseeing the group’s originations, structured debt products and complex, specialized financing solutions for real estate owners and developers seeking debt and equity for construction, and portfolio refinancing of multifamily and mixed-use assets.

    Prior to his service at Greystone, Mr. Rogozinski was the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Credit Officer of Dreadnought Capital Management Corporation, an SEC registered investment advisor, which he co-founded in 2009. There, he focused on direct lending and debt investing in public-private housing and project finance, overseeing more than $1.1 billion in deployed capital.

    Ken received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Fordham University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a board member of the Foundation for Affordable Rental Housing Holdings Inc.

    Jon oversees all operations for Greystone IT- the exclusive provider of information technology systems and resources for Greystone and its affiliates. He is responsible for establishing IT strategy and ensuring that IT initiatives are properly aligned with corporate and business objectives. He specializes in working with businesses to design and deploy highly available systems that increase efficiency and create competitive advantages.

    Prior to joining Greystone Jon spent 14 years directing the information technology division of a CPA firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Jon is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with B.B.A. degrees in Accounting and Marketing.

    Rob brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to Greystone and has executed transactions in excess of $12 billion throughout his distinguished career. Previously, Rob was the Chief Production Officer at Pillar Multifamily, LLC and served as a Managing Director at Wachovia Securities, where his duties included originating and structuring debt/preferred equity transactions in the United States, and establishing Wachovia’s lending operations in Canada. He has also held similar positions at Credit Suisse, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, and Nomura Asset Capital Corporation.

    Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and a Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He serves as the Co-chair on the Advisory Board of the School of Business Administration at the University of Vermont.

    Lisa is responsible for the oversight of the legal department. She advises senior management on corporate governance, licensing, insurance, security, personnel matters, risk management, litigation, advertising, and general business matters. She is also responsible for preparation of legal agreements and management of outside counsel and provides legal support for numerous start-up businesses.

    Lisa has provided legal counsel in the areas of corporate and securities law, structured finance, and other financial transactions since 1990. Prior to joining Greystone, she was a corporate attorney for Thacher Proffitt & Wood.

    Lisa earned a B.S.B.A. from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.

    Paul Smyth is President of Greystone Special Servicing, a group formed with Greystone’s acquisition of C-III Asset Management in December 2019. Paul joined Greystone earlier in 2019 to expand the firm’s special servicing B-piece buying initiatives, and formerly served as a Managing Director in the CMBS finance group.

    Prior to joining Greystone, Paul served as President of C-III Asset Management and as Global Chief Credit Officer of Credit Suisse’s CRE Origination Unit in New York City. Paul has worked in the CMBS industry for 32 years, with extensive expertise in CMBS B-Piece acquisitions as well as Special Servicing. Paul received his B.B.A. from Baylor University in Finance/Real Estate.

    Victoria is Greystone’s Chief Human Resource Officer, responsible for the Human Resource functions across all Greystone companies.  In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

    Before joining Greystone, Victoria was the Director, Business Manager to the Chief Information Officer at Royal Bank of Scotland where she delivered all HR programs to the technology department. Victoria has also held positions with Pepsi Bottling Group and Previsor, where she consulted with Fortune 500 organizations to set HR policies and processes for recruitment and hiring in the US, Canada, Mexico, and the UK. She has led project teams aligning company hiring standards with local legal requirements for two Fortune 100 organizations.

    Victoria is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, where she studied Sociology/Anthropology and played NCAA Basketball and Tennis.

    Eric serves as Chief Accounting Officer of Greystone, and is responsible for the accounting and reporting of Greystone’s financial companies. Eric began his career with Greystone in January 2007.

    Prior to joining Greystone, Eric was a Senior Associate at BDO USA LLP and conducted audit engagements of both public and private clients. Eric has four years of public accounting experience, having worked on various audit, compilation, and tax engagements.

    Eric earned his degree in Accounting from CUNY Queens College, has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York since 2005, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

    Kevin H. Williams is the Co-CEO of Greystone’s Agency lending platforms. Kevin has been in a leadership role at Greystone for over 10 years, and has more than 24 years of total commercial real estate finance experience.

    Prior to joining Greystone, Kevin held the position of Executive Vice President with GMAC Commercial Mortgage. He was also an executive with Univest Financial Service.

    Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College and an M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky.
