Greystone has provided a $46.79 million Fannie Mae loan to refinance The Nash, a 190-unit multifamily property in San Diego, California. Greystone’s Clint Darby and Andrew Remenschneider originated the financing, with BMO serving as correspondent. The property is owned by an affiliate of CEDARst.

The Fannie Mae loan refinances The Nash, a seven-story, Class A multifamily property located at 4135 Park Boulevard. Completed in 2024, the property features 190 residences, including 82 studios, 96 one-bedroom apartments, and 12 two-bedroom apartments. Ten residences are designated as affordable units for households earning below 50% of area median income. The property also includes approximately 2,110 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

“The Nash is a high-quality, recently developed multifamily asset in one of San Diego’s most desirable neighborhoods, backed by experienced sponsors” said Clint Darby of Greystone. “We were pleased to leverage Greystone’s Fannie Mae lending capabilities to deliver a long-term financing solution that positions the property well for its next phase of ownership.”

"This refinance reflects the continued strength of operations at The Nash since completion, and this Fannie Mae refinance allowed us to secure attractive long-term, fixed-rate financing while delivering a meaningful return of capital to our investors," said Will Murphy, CEO of CEDARst Companies.
