Greystone has provided an $86,380,000 million Freddie Mac loan to refinance Winchester Park & Woods, a 478-unit multifamily community in East Providence, Rhode Island. The financing was originated by Judah Rosenberg of Greystone on behalf of GAIA Real Estate.

Winchester Park & Woods is located in the Riverside neighborhood, approximately six miles southeast of downtown Providence, and offers one- to three-bedroom apartment homes across 79 two- and three-story buildings. The community recently completed a comprehensive renovation program in 2024 and features a broad amenity package that includes an outdoor swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a dog park, and access to walking trails.

This transaction represents GAIA Real Estate’s second Freddie Mac refinancing with Greystone. Greystone continues to leverage its national lending platform and agency expertise to deliver customized financing solutions for institutional owners and high-performing multifamily assets.
