David Sperling is a Executive Vice President of Greystone's real estate lending platform. In this role, he works with our originators, sales managers, and business leaders to build strategies for success and access firm resources to support our people and our businesses.
Based in Southern California, David joined Greystone from Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap. At IPA, he served as Vice President, focused on developing, executing, and sustaining strategic plans for the IPA platform. He joined the firm in 2003 and successfully closed a wide variety of investor profiles as an investment sales broker, including merchant builders, REITs, pension fund advisors, insurance companies, syndicators, and family offices.
David graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Development. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and Urban Land Institute.
