Ms. Busel’s background includes experience as a former Chief FHA Underwriter, member of the finance team for a national developer, consultant for a nationwide real estate services firm and analyst for a publicly traded real estate syndicator. Her multifaceted perspective contributes to providing her clients with the optimal financing for their unique business plans. She has been involved in the closing of over 300 transactions exceeding $5B of FHA and CMBS debt.
Ms. Busel and her husband have 2 sons. Originally from New York, they currently reside in Boca Raton, Florida with their new Havanese puppy, Archie!
