Ms. Gutierrez heads the Seniors Housing underwriting team for the Portfolio Lending Group’s bridge financing to FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac permanent financing. Previously, she served as Vice President and Senior Healthcare Underwriter at GMAC Commercial Mortgage for eight years and underwrote over $1 billion in healthcare and Seniors Housing loans. Prior to GMACCM, Ms. Gutierrez served as AVP and Portfolio Manager with Bank One, Texas NA for the greater part of nine years managing a $250 billion Mortgage Finance portfolio. Ms. Gutierrez holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Dallas.
