Mordecai Rosenberg, Co-President of Greystone Lending Platforms, is responsible for Agency and FHA Lending, Primary Servicing, and G2, Greystone’s multifamily lending innovation team. Mordecai has been a leader within Greystone for over 20 years, most recently leading G2, an innovation incubator he founded. Prior to this role Mordecai was a sales leader, a role he grew into after starting out as an FHA originator.
Mordecai’s role as the leader of G2 focused on client retention, developing and leveraging sales analytics to drive business strategy, and launching process innovation. His team has been focused on reinventing the client and employee experience through leveraging technology to create and optimize processes.
Prior to that, Mordecai led Greystone’s FHA lending business, catalyzing a three-fold increase Greystone’s FHA pipeline and consistently securing Greystone’s position as the leading FHA lender in the country. In that position, Mordecai pioneered the creation of Greystone Labs, a team dedicated to developing proprietary technologies to streamline the FHA underwriting process and address the needs of Greystone’s team members and clients.
Prior to joining Greystone, Mordecai was a Vice President at Red Stone Partners where he sourced, structured and underwrote tax-exempt housing bond acquisitions for an investment group owned by Prudential Real Estate Investors.
Mordecai graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from University of Pennsylvania, and studied at several international universities, including London School of Economics, Moscow State University and University of Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania, Africa.
