Rich is head of CMBS Lending at Greystone. In this role, he is responsible for Greystone’s conduit lending and subsequent securitization activities.
Prior to joining Greystone, Rich served as President of Starwood Mortgage Capital where he managed the CMBS lending and securitization team. Prior to that, he served as Chief Credit Officer of Starwood Mortgage Capital since its inception in 2011. Before LNR/Starwood, Rich served as a Director in BlackRock Solutions’ Financial Markets Advisory team advising various banks and central banks on commercial real estate debt positions during the Great Recession. Before BlackRock, he served as a Director at Banc of America Securities where he held various roles in the CMBS Capital Markets team ranging from origination through securitization along with asset management and servicing projects following September 11th and during the Great Recession.
Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida.
