Tony Spaeth

Tony Spaeth is a Managing Director in Greystone’s Irving, TX office where he serves a nationwide base of multifamily property owners with a variety of financial solutions, including acquisition and development financing, and property refinance. Tony has experience in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and bridge loan platforms, as well as range of proprietary products.  

Prior to Greystone, Mr. Spaeth worked as both an Investment Broker selling apartments for Coldwell Banker, and as a Mortgage Broker financing apartments for LJ Melody/CBRE.  

Mr. Spaeth earned a Bachelor’s degree from Trinity University and an MBA from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi.
