Jason Yuen

Jason Yuen is a Managing Director at Greystone with 15+ years of commercial lending experience. He is a direct, results-driven negotiator who implements a consultative approach to advising multifamily owners on financing for acquisitions, refinances, and recapitalizations.

Jason has vast experience in originating, structuring, and closing fixed and floating rate senior loans and subordinate debt particularly focusing on his expertise in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mae, and HUD multifamily offerings along with complimentary debt products including bridge, mezzanine, construction, and CMBS. He is passionate and committed to helping clients find the optimal financing solutions for their needs.

Jason is active industry partner being involved in organizations such as the Young Mortgage Bankers Association (YMBA), Asian Real Estate Association (AREAA), and Real Estate Warriors.
