    Charlie is the Chief Lending Officer for Greystone’s Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending platforms. In this role, he oversees operations, underwriting, closing and delivery of all Agency loan production. Having joined Greystone in 2005, Charlie is also a member of the Corporate Management Committee, which is responsible for establishing short- and long-term strategy of the company.

    Prior to Greystone, Charlie was Chief Operating Officer for nationwide commercial real estate finance firm Reliant Professional Services where he was responsible for the company’s overall P&L as well as operations and new business development. He has also served senior roles at Univest Financial Services and PCA Foundation.

    Charlie received a Bachelor of Science degree from Wofford College and an MBA from Georgia State University. He also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Charlie is a Commander in the United States Naval Reserve.

    Kerry Brewer is the Senior Vice President of Greystone’s Property Management Division. With more than 20 years’ experience in managing multifamily properties, Kerry oversees all aspects of Greystone’s multifamily management operations throughout the United States. Prior to joining Greystone, Ms. Brewer held a senior management position with another large Midwest based property management company for many years. Ms. Brewer is a Certified Credit Compliance Professional and has earned her HCCP designation. She has monitored compliance with LIHTC/Bond requirements in over 12 states. Kerry has experience with various government programs including Tax Credit, Trust Fund Bond, BOND, SAIL, HOME, FMHA and HUD Section 8 and has completed over 100 hours of continuing education covering these programs.

    Scott Chisholm joined Greystone in 2019 as Head of Commercial and Business Development for its lending platform, expanding the firm’s capital solutions reach within the industrial, office, retail, and hospitality sectors, as well as multifamily. 

    Previously, Scott served as a Senior Managing Director at Ackman Ziff, where he specialized in commercial real estate debt and equity. Before joining Ackman-Ziff, Scott built and managed commercial mortgage businesses at leading financial institutions including Redwood Trust, Prudential, and J.P. Morgan (Chase).  

    Scott has served on the Board of Governors of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREF-C) and the Urban Development Mixed Use Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

    Scott holds a B.A. from Trinity College and an M.S. in real estate development from Columbia University.

    Jeffery Daniels is the President of Greystone Real Estate Advisors (GREA). GREA provides deep, nationwide advisory capabilities with Greystone’s industry-leading Agency and balance sheet lending platforms, providing a holistic approach to meeting clients’ CRE portfolio needs, whether it is refinancing, recapitalizing, disposing, or acquiring multifamily, seniors and affordable housing assets.

    Jeff brings more than 20 years of institutional experience to our GREA team. He joins Greystone most recently from Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, where he served as Senior Vice President focused on servicing and advising institutional real estate investors. Prior to IPA, Jeff was with AIG for 13 years, most recently serving as Head of AIG’s U.S. multifamily investments, where he was responsible for the development, investment strategy, and portfolio management of the company’s U.S. real estate holdings.

    Prior to joining AIG Global Real Estate, Mr. Daniels was an assistant vice president at Zurich Structured
    Finance, where he managed a $1.5 billion multifamily portfolio financed with Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credits.

    Mr. Daniels received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Hampton University and an MBA in business management from Bloomsburg University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the National Multifamily Housing Council and is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Multifamily Green Product Council.
