Commercial Observer: “30 Under 30” List Features Donny Rosenberg

Donny Rosenberg of Greystone has been named to Commercial Observer’s “30 Under 30” for 2013. The second annual ranking recognizes New York’s most promising commercial real estate professionals under the age of thirty.

As Managing Director, Rosenberg co-leads Greystone’s top multifamily mortgage origination team, having significantly increased lending volume for the company over the last five years. His role at Greystone spans a variety of specialties including property acquisition, asset management and raising private capital.
