biography

Billy Posey returned to Greystone in 2025, as an Executive Managing director, after retiring at the end of 2019 as the CEO of the various Greystone Lending Platforms. Billy and his team built the Agency platform into one of the top ten Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Multifamily lenders as well as the largest Privately held Multifamily Agency Lender.

Before Greystone, Billy was the CEO of Univest Financial Services, a Partner at an International Accounting Firm and worked at Pinnacle Financial Partners. He holds a B.A from Rhodes College and serves on the Board of Harmony Housing, Madonna Learning Center, and as an Elder at Hope Church in Memphis.
