Eliav Dan

Eliav Dan is a Senior Managing Director at Greystone. With over 25 years in commercial real estate banking, he specializes in large loans, CMBS, syndicated loans, subordinate debt, and private placements. Based in Los Angeles, Eliav has worked at Greystone since 2021.

Previously, he led West Coast Real Estate Finance at Barclays, managing high-profile transactions like a $660M Google office loan. He also co-founded Barclays' PropTech Investment Banking team and managed Ladder Capital Finance's LA office.

Eliav started at Morgan Stanley, co-founding the LA Securitized Products group, and later founded Verona Capital Markets. He holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Corporate Finance from USC and a BS in Neuroscience from USC, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and Cum Laude. He guest lectures at USC and holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 certifications.
