Ms. Harris serves as Chief Operating Officer & Counsel for Greystone Management Solutions, is a licensed attorney and real estate broker, and oversees and guides Greystone’s project teams in the delivery of innovative real estate solutions. She has extensive experience advising clients on their procurement processes, retail strategies and asset management best practices. She manages the drafting of public solicitation documents (RFP, RFEI, RFQ, etc.) and associated transaction documents for both public and private clients, and as a licensed New York State Broker, she has developed land and retail Broker’s Opinion of Values for Greystone’s public clients.
Prior to joining Greystone, Ms. Harris was in private practice where she focused on commercial litigation and transactional matters. Ms. Harris holds a B.S. from Cornell University, and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
