Sydney Pearson is an Analyst for Greystone's CMBS platform.
Prior to joining Greystone in 2022, Sydney was a Global Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Elevate Textiles where she focused primarily on sales analytics, new product development, customer pricing strategies, and identifying opportunities to grow global target accounts. After three years in the textile industry, Sydney decided to transition into Commercial Real Estate. Sydney is a member of the CRE Finance Council where she participates in the Women’s Network and Young Professionals Network.
Sydney holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University.
