"Pharrah Jackson was named Vice President, Originations, for Greystone’s Affordable Lending Team in 2022 and today originates multifamily housing loans focusing on affordable housing. In her role, she drives the construction, refinancing and recapitalization of affordable housing across America through short-term bridge loans, bridge-to-agency and permanent financing solutions, FHA lending and tax-exempt bond-financed transactions.
During her Greystone tenure, she has financed over 1,000 affordable housing properties totaling more than $8.5 billion in debt. During 2022, Jackson was involved in creating or preserving 802 units of affordable housing across ten properties, totaling $55 million in permanent loan debt. One deal focused on the origination of $15 million in total Freddie Mac financing for a 165-unit project in Baltimore, including LIHTC loans, a construction loan, subordinate debt, and grants from community development organizations."
