Bailey Watson, Manager on Greystone’s Servicing and Asset Management (SAM) team, has earned the Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicer (CCMS) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). She received the designation at the 2025 MBA Servicing and Technology Conference in Hollywood, Florida. The CCMS designation is a credential that recognizes a high level of expertise, professionalism, and leadership in the commercial/multifamily mortgage servicing industry.
Since joining the firm in 2015, Bailey has played a crucial role in shaping the SAM department. In her current position, she leads a team of five Analysts and manages the escrow analysis process for the full servicing portfolio. Her leadership and commitment to excellence continue to make a positive impact at Greystone.
