Three Greystone Originators Honored as Connect Media's 'Next Generation' Award Winners

Three of Greystone's up-and-coming loan originators were recognized by Connect Media in its 2022 list of Next Generation commercial real estate professionals. Sarah Meads, Scott Wallace, and Wilson Molitor were featured this week for their accomplishments early in their CRE careers.

Sarah Meads (ATLANTA) - Since joining Greystone’s affordable housing group in 2018, director Sarah Meads’ ability to work collaborative and manage relationships has made her a key part of the company’s origination team. She serves as Director and is lead relationship manager with national premier affordable housing developer Dominium Apartments. Read more.

Scott Wallace (ATLANTA) - As director of Greystone, Scott Wallace has been a standout in the affordable housing space, contributing to the firm’s $1 billion in originations during 2021. Two of his most recent transactions include $33 million in Fannie Mae acquisition financing of the 91-unit Harriet Tubman Terrace, a Section 8 HAP property in Berkeley, CA; and $20.1 million in acquisition financing of the 116-unit Cedar Village, an affordable housing property in Chico, CA. Wilson Molitor (MINNEAPOLIS) - Wilson Molitor joined Greystone as Relationship Manager in January 2020, spending much of his tenure at the company dealing with challenges created by a global pandemic. Formerly with Northmarq, Militor brought his knowledge and skills as a seasoned property asset manager to grow and leverage his online network, creating his niche as a resource to affordable housing developers and workforce housing property investors.
