Greystone Real Estate Advisors announced it has closed the sale of a four-property senior living portfolio on July 2, 2018. The properties, which include independent and assisted living units, are located in Nebraska and Oregon. The four properties have a total of 315 units and were built between 1986 and 2003. Chevalier International Holdings Limited, a publicly listed company based in Hong Kong, purchased the portfolio from a publicly-traded REIT. Companies within the Avamere family of companies will lease the properties from Chevalier. Mike Garbers and Cody Tremper of Greystone Real Estate Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.
