Jerry Del Tufo Joins Greystone as MTA Project Executive

Greystone Management Solutions, a leading real estate advisor to the nation’s largest transit authorities, announced that Jerry Del Tufo has joined to lead the advisory team providing dedicated tenant management and accounting services to the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).   

Mr. Del Tufo will lead Greystone’s multi-disciplined team that provides the MTA with account management, construction management, accounting, collections, insurance compliance, and dispute resolution services. The MTA’s portfolio consists of approximately 4,000 occupancies that include retail agreements, utility right of way agreements, parking agreements, and easements stretching from Montauk to Poughkeepsie.   

With over 30 years of real estate and planning experience in the public sector, Mr. Del Tufo most recently served as the Assistant Director of Operations for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Real Estate Department, where his team was responsible for negotiating real estate transactions, managing Authority-owned real estate assets, and the Authority’s retail leasing, development, and corporate advertising programs.
