He is a results-driven negotiator, who draws on his wealth of experience in advising multifamily property owners on financing solutions for acquisitions, recapitalizations, and portfolio optimization strategies.

With an expertise in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loan products, Mr. Cristi is well versed in a number of complimentary debt financing platforms, including HUD-insured loans, bridge financing, Construction loans, and CMBS.
