Aqib Hussain is a Director and Loan Originator responsible for arranging creative debt and equity solutions for multifamily commercial property owners and developers. He specializes in large loan mortgage origination across Greystone’s Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, Bridge, balance-sheet and special situation lending platforms.
Aqib has 10 years of commercial real estate experience, having directly originated and executed on more than $10 billion of financing transactions in his career. Aqib prides himself on his ability to talk through a different debt and equity solutions for a client across their portfolio.
Aqib received a B.A. in Statistics and Quantitative modeling from Baruch College. Aqib is a lifelong basketball fan and a lifelong New Yorker.
