Before joining Greystone Monticello, Charles served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Multifamily at Fannie Mae. In this role, he held responsibility for overseeing Credit, Asset Management, and Governance pertaining to the operations of the Fannie Mae Multifamily Platform. Over the course of approximately four-and-a-half years at Fannie Mae, Charles played a pivotal role in skillfully navigating the portfolio through the challenges posed by the Covid Pandemic. With a focus on innovative strategies, he aims to contribute to our overarching goal of establishing ourselves as a frontrunner in the bridge space within the industry.
