Chip is the CEO of Greystone’s Agency lending platform. He is responsible for growth strategy, business development, operations, and capital partner relationships in the agency multifamily sector. Chip has held various leadership roles at Greystone for over 20 years, and has over 28 years of total commercial real estate finance experience. Previously, he served as Head of Production for Greystone’s Lending Platform after he served as Chief Underwriter of Greystone’s Agency lending platform. Prior to joining Greystone, Mr. Hudson helped Nationwide Life build its capital markets lending platform. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College.
