Jessica Mallaghan joined Greystone in 2023 as a Director with the company’s multifamily origination team. In this role, Jessica enables multifamily developers build, refinance and recapitalize their projects using FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and balance sheet lending. Prior to Greystone, Jessica was a Vice President at Newmark, leading the FHA platform and originating multifamily loans.
Before her tenure as a commercial real estate lender, Jessica spent over a decade in various roles across the finance industry, from private wealth management to mortgage-backed securities trading and operations at firms including Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Jefferies & Company. Jessica held her 7, 6 and 63 licenses.
Jessica graduated from Wheaton College in Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband and three young children.
