Joe is a Managing Director in Greystone’s Agency Loan Business interacting with Greystone producers, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Multifamily teams to generate new loan business. He has been with Greystone since 2016.
Prior to joining Greystone, Joe was a Director at Fannie Mae where he led the coverage of several top DUS Lenders in the production of Fannie Mae Multifamily loans. He also covered Student Housing Lending. Prior to this he worked in a similar role for an Agency Lender as well as Special Servicing.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Lycoming College.
