Mr. Litt is a Founder and Principal of Greystone Monticello and is responsible for overseeing Greystone Monticello’s operations, investor relations, finance, legal, and compliance related matters. Additionally, Mr. Litt has been hired as a trusted partner to step-in, manage, and successfully turn around distressed seniors housing and skilled nursing assets, working on behalf of banks, financial institutions, and bankruptcy estates. Prior to Monticello, Mr. Litt spent 14 years serving as the Chief Executive Officer for Kohl Construction Group which provided construction services within the New York Metropolitan area. The firm specialized in building skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, independent seniors housing, as well as facilities for nonprofit religious organizations. During this same time, Mr. Litt also served as the Executive Vice President of Kohl Solutions, which specialized in developing and operating skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, independent seniors housing, affordable housing, mixed-use retail and multifamily residential, as well as industrial/warehouse assets in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mr. Litt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College.
