Patrick Shearer

Patrick is a Director at Greystone and originates loans across a variety of lending platforms, including FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS, and Bridge loan products. He has expertise with multifamily and healthcare properties nationwide, with a particular focus on seniors housing, skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities.

Patrick’s career spans 15+ years in commercial real estate investment and lending. Prior to joining Greystone, he was an originator and underwriter of both HUD multifamily and healthcare assets for KeyBank and CBRE. Patrick earned a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
