Timothy joined GCC as an analyst in June 2023 after completing an internship with the team the summer prior. He attended Baruch College, where he studied Finance with a Real Estate minor. He served as President of the Baruch Real Estate & Finance Club, where he mentored fellow students and networked with real estate professionals to secure guest speakers for events. Prior to his internship at Greystone, Timothy interned at Besen Partners, a boutique NYC investment sales brokerage.
