Cushman & Wakefield released its annual “10 Critical Questions” outlook, which examines some of the most pressing topics and questions impacting commercial real estate as we go into 2024.
In addition to addressing whether the multifamily construction boom has hit its peak, Cushman & Wakefield delves into issues such as what the Federal Reserve will do this year in terms of rate cuts, if there will be a recession in 2024, and when the capital markets are expected to turn a corner.
For other commercial asset classes, the “10 Critical Questions” feature looks at slowing demand for industrial properties, whether consumer debt will halt retail’s comeback, and if there is enough office space to meet the “flight-to-quality” demand.
