Rich Swietkowski is a Director – Credit & Underwriting for GCC. Rich has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience across all property types and with various capital sources. Prior to joining Greystone, Rich held underwriting and origination roles at several major financial institutions including KeyBank, Redwood Trust and Prudential.
Rich graduated cum laude from Montclair State University, receiving a B.S with a major in business administration and concentration in accounting.
