Greystone Commercial Capital (GCC) provides structured finance investment opportunities for institutional investors. GCC originates, underwrites, closes, and services structured commercial mortgage debt for owners of high quality commercial real estate. Our target minimum large loan size is $50 million. GCC has commercial mortgage lending partnerships with global fixed income asset managers who collectively have over $15 trillion of AUM.
Our transactions feature balance sheet offerings, single-borrower private REMIC vehicles, and subordinate debt. GCC processes senior and subordinate debt including B Notes, Agency preferred equity and mezzanine loans via separately managed account and other relationships.
